Dwayne Bravo invites the Indian team at his place for dinner after the 2nd ODI

India thrashed Windies in a rather one-sided affair as the 2nd ODI was all India’s from ball one. Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan made sure India got a good start while Virat Kohli and others looked after a better finish. It was a well-earned victory by the Indians.

They are surrounded with controversies but they have coped up well with the same. Windies, on the other hand, have been searching for some kind of form. Their star players are not even up for selection as they are fighting it out with the board for pay grade. This has made the board to get in some new faces and play inexperienced players.

This feud with the board has hit them hard as they were not part of the Champions Trophy this year. They sit 9th in the table of ODI standings and it doesn’t look good for them. They have been beaten by Pakistan at home then by England and now India is about to beat them in yet another successful series.

Dwayne Bravo hosts the Indian players

Dwayne Bravo the ousted Windies player invited a bunch of Indian players for dinner at his place. Bravo has not represented his country since 2016 when he played against Pakistan in Abu Dhabi; it was a T20 game. He was one of the first players to go against his own board in 2014 when they toured India.

Since then they have been playing franchise cricket. The likes of Chris Gayle, Darren Sammy, and Dwayne Bravo all have been fighting it out with the board. It is hurting their country as they are slipping down the ranks and have been one of the easiest sides to beat ever since.

However, Bravo was all chilled out during the dinner at his house. MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan were pictured as they posted photos on Instagram. Bravo posted a picture with MS Dhoni and his daughter, Bravo’s mother was also spotted in the frame. The post was captioned, “It was great to have my brother from another Mother at my house last night along with his beautiful daughter and my mom #champion #djbravo #Family @mahi7781.”
