Fans are excited ahead of 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams' release

Amongst the millions of god’s Indians worship one of them is a cricketer. Maybe a retired cricketer, but he still resides in the heart of a billion people. Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar has given the cricket fans of India many reasons to cheer about during this career. And his fans are excited about the biopic on master blaster’s life- ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams’.

The film is based on the life and times of the legend. It is directed by British filmmaker James Erskine and music in the film is given by the legendary Indian music director AR Rahman. The movie focuses on Sachin’s life from his childhood to his retirement. A lot is known about Sachin since fans always love to dig deep into the lives of their favourite cricketers and his autobiography also had a lot to offer. But the biopic promises to unveil unknown facts about Sachin including those from his personal life.

Reports suggest that the chemistry between Sachin and his wife Anjali Tendulkar will also be shown. Before the release, the premiere of the movie was attended by cricketers and Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan. The Indian cricket team, who left for England to participate in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017, also had a good time reliving the journey of the legend.

The film will hit the theatres on Friday, May 26. With just one day left for the grand release, fans are going gaga over the film. They are expressing their uncontrollable excitement on social media. While some are justifying their loyalty by showing off their first day first show ticket, others are waiting in long queues outside the cinema halls to ensure their tickets.
