Birmingham Phoenix (BPH) will take on Trent Rockets (TRT) in the third match of The Hundred 2025 on Friday, August 8, at Edgbaston in Birmingham. The Phoenix won six out of eight games last season and were in second position in the points table. They faced Southern Brave in the eliminator game, which ended in a tie. The Brave won the Super Over and qualified for the final. The Rockets won and lost four matches each last season and were in fifth position.
Liam Livingstone will lead the Phoenix this year. Trent Boult, Adam Milne, and Tim Southee are the three overseas players in the squad.
