Barbados Royals Women (BR-W) are set to clash against Guyana Amazon Warriors Women (GUY-W) in the third match of the WCPL T20 2022 at Warner Park in St Kitts on Saturday. Barbados Royals lost the opening match against the Knight Riders in the opening match. Star skipper Hayley Matthews and Shakera Selman took two wickets each to restrict the opponents to just 114 runs. But the batters failed to chase the target and fell just a run short with Chloe Tryon scoring the highest 38 runs.

The Amazon Warriors also saw their first match against the Knight Riders washed away due to rain and had to settle for a point. Both teams now need a win in this match to play the final against Trinbago Knight Riders.
