The Mystics faced Shivamogga Lions in their previous outing and elected to bowl after winning the toss. The Lions made 127 runs for the loss of five wickets in 15.5 overs before the match was interrupted due to rain. Shashi Kumar K was the pick of the bowlers for the Mystics and took two wickets for 22 runs in 2.5 overs. The second innings was reduced to nine overs due to rain, and the Mystics needed 92 runs to win the match in nine overs. Openers, Luvnith Sisodia (58 off 24) and Nikin Jose (34 off 15) helped the Mystics win the match by 10 wickets in 6.3 overs. Sisodia won the Player of the Match award. 

The Tigers faced the Mysore Warriors in their last match and elected to bowl after winning the toss. The Warriors were bundled out for 177 runs in 18.5 overs. Nithin Nagaraja and Yash Raj Punja picked three wickets each. The Tigers chased down the target of 86 runs in 8.2 overs and won the match by seven wickets by the VJD method. Nagaraja won the Player of the Match award for his bowling performance.
