In the last match, Hungary won the toss and elected to bat. The opener Marc Ahuja got out on a duck leaving the team in shock, but then the game was picked up by Rasik and Ravindran, who scored 53 runs and 36 runs, respectively.  With other contributions from Stan Ahuja (32), A Khetarpal (23), and A Parashar (20), the team scored a total of 209 runs for the loss of eight wickets. C Osborne got a three-wicket haul, S Ahmad-I and Wasal Kamal picked two wickets each, and Naseem Khan got one to his credit. 

When Croatia came in to bat, the highest run scorer was Wasal Kamal, who scored 27 runs, followed by Naseem Khan, who made 14 runs. None of the other players could score even in double digits, and most of them got out of a duck. Croatia got all out on 64 and lost the match by a huge margin of 145 runs. S Mohandas got a three-wicket haul, followed by A Parashar and A Ghani, who got a two-wicket haul, and S Rasik and A Khetarpal picked one wicket each.
