The West Indies were up against the Pakistan Champions in the previous game. Pakistan scored 200 runs for the loss of four wickets. Dwayne Bravo, Ashley Nurse, Kieron Pollard, and Dave Mohammed picked one wicket each for Pakistan. The West Indies lost their first three wickets for 26 runs. Chadwick Walton made 42 runs off 30 deliveries, but no other batter managed to score more than 30 runs for the team. The West Indies made 151 runs for the loss of seven wickets and lost the match by 49 runs.
