India Legends beat South Africa Legends in the opening clash of the tournament. Indian side scored a big total of 217 while batting first with Stuaart Binny scoring the highest unbeaten 82 runs off 42 balls. Then leg-spinner Rahul Sharma took three wickets while conceding just 17 runs to restrict the South African side on only 156 runs to guide India to a big 61-run win.

West Indies Legends also started this tournament with a big six-wicket win over Bangladesh in their first match. Krishmar Santokie took three wickets for seven to bowl out Bangladesh on just 98 runs. Dwayne Smith then smashed fifty to guide his team to an easy win with six wickets and 4.4 overs remaining. In the last edition of the tournament, India beat West Indies in both fixtures and are clear favorites to win again on Wednesday.
