In the seventh match of the PSL 2026, Islamabad United (ISL) will take on Peshawar Zalmi (PES). Islamabad United did not have a particularly good start as they suffered a five-wicket defeat in their opening match against Multan Sultans. On the other hand, Peshawar Zalmi started this season on a high note, defeating Rawalpindi by five wickets. Rawalpindi, batting first, posted a score of 214 runs, which Peshawar chased down comfortably in 19.1 overs. Chasing a big total, Peshawar Zalmi's team got a brilliant start from the top order as Mohammad Haris scored 47, while Babar Azam played an innings of 35 runs. Apart from this, Michael Bracewell also scored 35 runs in the middle order. While in the bowling department, young pacer Ali Raza performed well with two wickets.
