In the 41st match of the IPL 2026, the Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Mumbai Indians endured a humiliating defeat in their previous match, going down by 103 runs against Chennai Super Kings. Batting first, Chennai posted a commanding total of 207 runs, while Mumbai were bundled out for just 104 in reply. Batting first, Rajasthan piled up a huge total of 228 runs, but Hyderabad responded brilliantly and chased it down in just 18.3 overs. The top order starred in the chase, with Ishan Kishan hammering a superb 74 off 29 balls, while Abhishek Sharma smashed 57 off 29 deliveries.

With the ball, Eshan Malinga impressed with figures of 2 for 38 from his four overs, while Pat Cummins, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Sakib Hussain and Praful Hinge chipped in with one wicket each.
