Harbhajan Singh and Yuvraj Singh made a grand entrance at Virushka's reception

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma threw a star-studded reception which was attended by former and current Indian cricketers. Most Bollywood stars attended the second leg of Virushka‘s reception in Mumbai. Two of Virat’s closest mates Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh made a great entrance in the reception as they kept on making fun of each other all the while.

Yuvraj and Harbhajan’s friendship

The two, know each other for a long time and their friendship goes a long way. Both of them started playing at the same time and were a part of same Ranji team. Both the Punjabis broke into Indian team under Sourav Ganguly’s leadership and represented the team for a long time.

Harbhajan and Yuvraj were part of India’s success in 2007 World T20 and 2011 World Cup. They are also known to be the biggest pranksters of the Indin team. So when they met again at the reception, they could not hold themselves back from joking and having fun.

Star-studded night

The former Indian captain, Sourav Ganguly was also present at the reception. The ‘Prince of Kolkata’ was warmly greeted by the newly married couple.

The event was attended by almost all the fan favourite players of the current generation and the retired one as well. Master Blaster and Virat’s inspiration, Sachin Tendulkar was also present at the reception. Anil Kumble, Sunil Gavaskar, Virender Sehwag and many other former cricketers also attended the reception.

Among the current members of the Indian team Cheteshwar Pujara, Ravindra Jadeja, Wriddhiman Saha, Kuldeep Yadav, R Ashwin, Manish Pandey, Umesh Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar attended the gala function.

This was the last function before Virat and Team India leave for the all-important tour to South Africa and in the pre-tour press conference, the skipper assured that they aim to do what no other unit from the country has been able to achieve on the tour.
