Cadbury Dairy Milk and Ogilvy have come up with a brand new version of the iconic Cadbury cricket advertisement. They have launched the new version of the famous cricket ad from the 90s and it has caught everybody’s attention within no time. The commercial received a lot of reactions on the social media platforms as it aims to wish the girls who have been making an impact by exuding their sheer flair.

The advertisement of the 90s unfolded a cricket match wherein the batter hits a big shot while on 99. The on-lookers then think that he might be caught and would miss on his century. However, the batter manages to clear the rope and gets to his century. A girl then sneaks past the guards and enters the scenario dancing in joy.

Cadbury has been renowned for bringing in different concepts in their commercials ever since. This time around, they have exactly recreated the same ad wherein a batswoman features in it. She takes the center stage and hits the big shot to score a century and a guy chimes into the scene to celebrate her achievement. Every frame of the new ad resembles the old one and has the same background iconic jingle “Kuch Khaas Hai“.
