After a loss in their inaugural game of the season, Hyderabad have registered three wins on the trot which have helped them get to the top of the table. Their opening combination – David Warner and Johnny Bairstow – have been in outstanding form and instil fear among bowlers in the tournament. On the other hand, Mumbai are coming into this game after ending Chennai’s unbeaten run when they outclassed the defending champions at the Wankhede by 37 runs. This contest has all the makings of a possible humdinger. Yes, we have called it already!
If you are sitting down to pick your fantasy team, you are definitely spoiled for choices. The pitch at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad has offered high scoring games in the two games this year and this game won’t be any different. The likes of Rohit, Pollard, Pandya and Vijay Shankar besides the blistering opening duo of the hosts will fancy their chances on this ground. Rashid Khan hasn’t been among the wickets so far but that could change very quickly.
Injury Updates: Kane Williamson hasn’t fully recovered from a pectoral muscle injury.

Captain and Vice-Captain choices
Hardik Pandya deflated Chennai with both bat and ball in the previous game and his splendid form this year make him the captain of the squad. His older sibling, Krunal, hasn’t done badly himself and with Mumbai showing faith in his batting ability, he could be the vice-captain of the squad.
Fantasy Tips
Mohammad Nabi’s stellar bowling form has offered control to Hyderabad during the Powerplay and will play a pivotal role in this game. Shankar will hope to push his case for a possible World Cup selection and can offer that X-factor to your squad.
Dream 11 Team for Head to Head/Small Leagues
Wicket-keeper: Johnny Bairstow (C)
Batsmen: David Warner, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav
Bowlers: Bhubaneshwar Kumar, Sandeep Sharma, Rashid Khan, Jason Behrendorff
All-rounders: Vijay Shankar, Hardik Pandya (VC), Krunal Pandya
Fantasy Tips
Behrendorff’s express pace sent Chennai’s top order packing and built the foundation of Mumbai’s epic win over the defending champions. The Australian bowler could extract something out of the docile surface of Hyderabad. With conditions tilted towards the batsmen, the stage looks set for Rohit to make a telling contribution for Mumbai. He has shown glimpses of his supreme form in this tournament but the big score has eluded him. Can he make it count in Hyderabad?
