IPL 10: KRK blames Virat Kohli for RCB's dismal run, calls him 'Aashiq'

The Royal Challengers Bangalore stooped to a new low when Kings XI Punjab beat them in their most recent encounter at Bengaluru. It was the 10th defeat for the team and skipper Virat Kohli was seen absolutely disappointed at the dismal run of the team. He failed to pinpoint reasons behind such poor show by the team. It is tough to comprehend what could be the possible reasons for their continuous collapses this season.

Well, if the words of Bollywood actor Kamaal Rashid Khan, aka KRK, are to be believed, then there is only one man who is responsible for the disappointing show by the men in red. Soon after the RCB camp were jolted with the defeat against the Kings, KRK took to micro-blogging site Twitter and slammed Virat Kohli as the key reason for the poor show of RCB.

He believes that it is the arrogance of the RCB skipper that has cost the team so dearly this time around. He even took a dig at the personal life of the stylish Indian cricketer. Kohli has been dating Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma for quite some time now. In the recent days, the celebrity couple has been spotted spending time with each other. KRK called Virat Kohli as ‘Aashiq’ (lover boy) and hinted at the possible distraction for the RCB captain.

Kohli was not the only one to be in the firing range of KRK. Vijay Mallya, the businessman who once had major stakes in the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise, was also blamed by KRK for the poor run of form of the RCB team. The actor called Mallya as ‘Bhagoda’ which translates to a person who runs away.

Over the last couple of years, KRK has found numerous ways to be in the news – with most of them being his outrageous and bold comments (sometimes irrational too!). This seems to be just another one following the trend.
