Mumbai Indians joined the playoffs race with three consecutive wins while Rajasthan stayed alive with two close wins at home. The game between the two teams could eliminate the losing side as only one of the two can end up with 16 points. However, Mumbai’s big win against Kolkata Knight Riders gave them a huge boost in the NRR which could help them if teams are tied at 14 points.
