The Indian Premier League (IPL) is moving fast and is into its third weekend now. The first of the doubleheaders on Saturday will be played between the Mumbai Indians (MI) and Rajasthan Royals (RR). MI are currently on a winnings streak having emerged victorious in their previous three games while the Royals just lost the thrilling game to the CSK at home off the last ball.
The Ajinkya Rahane-led side has won only a solitary game after playing six matches and will need to up their game as soon as possible. They might leave out Steve Smith for this game which is a tough call to take but the Australian is not doing much in the middle-order.
Ashton Turner is likely to make his IPL debut in that case. For Mumbai Indians, everything is just falling in place at the right time and their skipper Rohit Sharma is set to make a comeback after missing the previous outing due to a minor injury.
The 27th game of the IPL between MI and RR will be hosted by the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai
The match starts at 04:00 PM local time (10:30 AM GMT).
The game will be live on Star Sports in India. (Live streaming on Hotstar).
The afternoon start will not help the players’ cause. The temperature will hover around 35 Degrees Celsius and the humidity will also be at its peak and will only increase as the match progresses. No rain is in the forecast on the weekend in Mumbai.

The Wankhede stadium has generated the high-scoring matches this season so far. Surprisingly, two matches have been won by the team batting first but defending a total has been tough traditionally at the venue. Though it is an afternoon start, the trend of chasing should continue.

Ajinkya Rahane can play a big knock as he is playing at his home ground.
Teams are playing safely negotiating Jasprit Bumrah so he could be ignored (Risky move but worth as he costs 9 credits).
Mumbai Indians are on a winning spree and they are expected to win the game.
