Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight riders both had disheartening starts to their campaigns, losing their opening matches to Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians respectively.

While Sunrisers Hyderabad had the match in control for a large part of the game, a bit of panic and an inexperienced middle-order led them to eventually lose the game by 10 runs.

Kolkata Knight Riders, on the other hand, were comprehensively beaten by MI as they failed to perform well in any of the departments. Nonetheless, despite the losses, both these teams have a number of stars who are bound to come good in this game.

Here are the three must-pick players for Dream11 Fantasy:

1. Jonny Bairstow (9.5 credits)

The man who led the charge for Sunrisers in their first game, Jonny Bairstow seems to be in good touch. He was striking the ball cleanly and hit 61 of just 43 balls and had it not been for an unnecessary attempt to hit Chahal in his last over, Jonny would have probably taken SRH home. He had good performances against KKR last season with 119 runs in 2 innings including a 80* and with the bonus of his wicket-keeping skills, Bairstow is a must pick for this game.

2. David Warner (10.5 credits)

David Warner was dismissed in a very unfortunate way in the first game being run out at the non-striker’s end after scoring just 6 runs. But the one boundary he smoked through the off side gave indications of him being in form. KKR is also a team Warner has traditionally done well against as well scoring 829 runs in 21 innings at an average of 43.63 and strike rate of 147.77. After the disappointment in the last game, Warner will surely be raring to go in this game.

3. Andre Russell (10.5 credits)

Andre Russell, the T20 giant didn’t really set the game on fire against Mumbai Indians in KKR’s first game scoring just 11 runs. But it is always sensible to keep Russell in your team as he can get into form in any game and once he does he is unstoppable.

David Hussey has also said they are exploring options to make Russell bat higher up the order. If he does come up the order, coupled with the fact that he looks to be in good bowling rhythm as well, the Caribbean giant could turn out to be a goldmine of points.
