There is a lot going on with Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad, but the context of those things is totally different. CSK are on the first place in the points table with eight wins in ten matches, but on the opposite side of the spectrum is SRH, who are ranked eighth with eight losses and two wins in ten games. Nevertheless, both teams have stars who can produce good quality cricket and will present a great opportunity to the fans to earn fantasy points.

Here are 3 players to avoid in fantasy teams in SRH vs CSK game:

1. MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni is aging and it’s quite evident from his performances with the bat. This season has been the worst for his batting by a distance. His form has been slumping, he has failed to get the scoreboard going even in one game. In ten matches, he has a grand total of 52 runs with the bat. And, at this point, there is no reason why you should have him in the tournament. Considering that, Wriddhiman Saha is a better wicket-keeping option, just because he will be batting in the top order for the SRH team.

2. Abdul Samad

Abdul Samad is a very talented young batter and has the power to hit big sixes and score runs quickly. In theory, his style of play and the position where he bats is a match made in heaven. However, his numbers suggest that he isn’t quite performing well with the bat and might not experience a high aggregate season this time around. He has scored 65 runs in seven matches so far in this competition and hasn’t been doing a great job with the bat or ball. The position where he bats don’t allow him to score runs regularly or spend enough time on the crease.

3. Suresh Raina

Much like MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina’s form has also slumped majorly. There is a very visible issue with his fitness, ability to play short ball and pace and a lack of game time. He, much like, Dhoni isn’t a regular seasoned cricketer. He hardly has played a lot of professional cricket. His lack of runs has seen him slump to the lower end of the CSK batting unit. He has lost his no. 3 position to Moeen Ali and now it seems that Dhoni is happy to play Ambati Rayudu at no. 4. This has meant Raina bats no. 5, where he hasn’t always had the same impact as other positions. Given this, it is better to pack your team with other batters.
