In absence of Zaheer Khan, Duminy will be leading DD. At the toss the Daredevils captain JP Duminy said: “There were a few niggles and we did not want to take chances (talking about Zaheer’s absence). We have got four changes. We are gonna have to mix and match as well. It is a great opportunity for guys coming in. Pawan Negi, Jayant Yadav, Carlos Brathwaite and Imran Tahir coming in. Various guys have stood up at different times. It is great to see that we are performing as a team.”

After winning the toss RPS skipper MS Dhoni said: “We will bowl first. We want our batsmen to take some responsibility. To lot of extent, when we have bowled second we have not been able to defend. The straights are short in Delhi and also there are chances of dew as well. Usman Khawaja and George Bailey will be playing today. It is difficult one, you have to see how the wicket is behaving. I do not have anything fixed in mind.”
