Mumbai Indians started off with a loss at their new home against Sunrisers Hyderabad after coming into the game with 3 wins in a row. While SRH recorded their 3rd consecutive win with a huge 85-run win. After being put into bat, SRH posted a big total of 177/3 thanks to an unbeaten 82 from Shikhar Dhawan. MI were never in the chase as they kept losing wickets from the very first over.
