The Men in Blue will be back in action on Wednesday after a long break from international cricket as they lock horns with Ireland in the first of the two-match T20I series. This encounter is being looked at as the preparation for the upcoming England tour which is no doubt going to be tough for them. But India can’t afford to take Ireland lightly as they are playing at home and the nature of the shortest format can surprise anyone on any given day.

Gary Wilson has got his task cut out as he will have to shuffle his troops well. They have got a chance to prove themselves at this level and no doubt the team will be chuffed about playing against one of the top sides. Virat Kohli, on the other hand, will be excited to embark on a new challenging season and the pressure will be on his men as they are expected to run through the relatively weaker opposition. It will be important for the players though to hit the straps early and get themselves going.

Will it rain?

According to Accu Weather, currently, it is partly sunny in Dublin where the match is set to be played between India and Ireland. The temperatures are hovering around 20 Degree Celsius and the conditions will only improve as the day will progress. For a change, there will be no rain at all when the cricket match is being played at the Village. The humidity will also be on the lower side and with the game starting at 4 PM local time there will be no dew as well.

The small ground will treat the jam-packed crowd with a high-scoring game it seems. But the groundsmen should always be aware as things can change pretty quickly in Ireland as far as the weather is concerned.

Overall Verdict: The game is sold out and the excitement for the game is high. The rain gods also are also anticipated to stay away and expect a full 40-over game to be staged successfully.
