The zonal leg of India’s domestic T20 tournament, Syed Mushtaq Ali, will get underway in Chennai, Kolkata, Dharamshala, Nadaun, Vadodara and Jaipur from Sunday (29th January) onwards. This tournament will act as a major audition for the domestic cricketers before the IPL. In a format such as T20, multi-facet cricketers can showcase their skill in front of large crowd and selectors too.

Utter Pradesh clinched their maiden trophy last year beating Baroda in the final by 38 runs.
