Kagiso Rabada hails AB de Villiers as GOAT of cricket

South African speedster Kagiso Rabada joined the long list of people wishing AB de Villiers on a very successful international career. The former South African skipper recently announced his retirement from international cricket. His sudden decision to do so has left his fans depressed and disheartened. At the same time, the cricket fraternity and the fans have been very understanding too.
They have showered him with well wishes and thanked him for all the lovely memories. AB de Villiers played for the South African team for 14 years at the highest level of the sport. He was a key player for the Proteas side in all the three formats of the game. He has been a thorough teamman. He has led the team at the highest level. When the team needed him, he has also responded by donning the wicket keeping gloves to add balance to the side.
Needless to concede why he is rated so highly in the South African dressing room. Among the lot wishing the former skipper on his retirement, the names of the current lot of players stand out. AB has been an icon player for the youngster in his side. As many have always admitted, he has been very approachable in the dressing room. Now, after he has retired from the game, Kagiso Rabada has come up with a very apt tweet for him.
Rabada, in his tweet for AB de Villiers, hailed the former skipper as GOAT – Greatest of All Time. He also asked the fans to pick their GOAT player in his tweet. Rabada is not the only player from the South African dressing room who thinks on these lines. Another veteran South African cricketer also believes AB de Villiers is a GOAT in cricket.
