Kolkata Knight Riders’ fast-bowler Kamlesh Nagarkoti is one of the finest young talents in the country. After winning the ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup 2018 with the Indian team, Nagarkoti came to the limelight and has since been a popular cricketer in the Indian domestic circuits. Over time, he has also gained several followers on his social media platforms.

Recently, the Rajasthan-born pacer uploaded a shirtless picture of himself on Instagram which went viral among the cricket fans. He uploaded a mirror selfie of himself and going by the picture which he posted, it seems that it was taken right after he came out of the shower. The 21-year-old also added a funky caption with the picture.

The pacer wrote, “You have two choices: me or selfie?? DECIDE!”. He was seen in a white towel showing off his six-pack abs and perfectly toned body. Most of his fans loved this picture of him. At the time of writing this, the post had already gained 38,882 likes. Nagarkoti at the moment has over 193k followers on his Instagram handle.

Chris Green calls Kamlesh Nagarkoti’s picture a model shot

Interestingly, Australian and Kolkata Knight Riders all-rounder Chris Green also posted a comment praising the youngster. He wrote, “Wow Kammy! Model shot.” To this, Kamlesh replied saying, “Thanks, brother.” The two have shared the dressing room during the IPL 2020. Nagarkoti further appeared in the 2021 edition, while Green was let go off ahead of the 2021 edition.

Talking about Nagarkoti, the young bowler has seen some highs and lows in his career so far. He was picked up by the KKR franchise in the IPL 2018 auction for INR 3.2 crores. Unfortunately for the youngster, he was left out of the 2018 and 2019 editions due to injuries ahead of both seasons.

He could only make his debut for KKR in 2020 in the UAE edition of the IPL. He didn’t have the breakthrough season as many would have hoped for. In 10 matches, he took only five wickets at an average of 46.20 and an economy of 8.88. In the 2021 edition, he played one game only, bowling two overs and conceding 25 runs in them.
