Kareena Kapoor Khan wants her son Taimur Ali Khan to become a cricketer

Since its late inception by the British, cricket has now become a sport followed by millions of its supporters in different parts of the world. Many of the present cricketers have carried on the same stature and the legacy which their previous generations have laid on in the same sport. Following this same legacy, Bollywood veteran actress Kareena Kapoor Khan wants her son Taimur Ali Khan to choose cricket as his future profession, when he grows up, much like his Late grandfather Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, who was a great former Indian cricketer during the period 1961-1975.

I want my son to chose his profession: Kareena

One of the cutest and lavished Bollywood couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan were blessed with a baby son in December 2016, whom they named Taimur Ali Khan. The little boy grabbed the eyeballs of the nation since his birth. During a recent conversation at an event, his mother Kareena revealed that she wants her son to chose his profession in future on his own. However, the popular Bollywood beauty desires her son to become a cricketer, much like his grandfather.

“I wouldn’t want to choose, I hope he chooses. Well, I would want Taimur to be a cricketer,” said Kareena when asked about the profession of her son Taimur, as quoted by Pinkvilla.

However, Taimur’s father Saif does not wishes his son to be under the pressure of some constant attention of the world. He has even decided with Kareena to educate him in a nice boarding school in England and wants to keep him away from the stardom. While as parents, the respected Bollywood couple also doesn’t want their son to get spoilt by the star-studded treatment.

“He has innocence in his eyes, there is nothing pretentious, but yes I am worried about him. I and Kareena have already discussed the stardom he already has around him and we have decided to send him to a nice boarding school in England. It will hopefully do the trick. It has done for everybody in the family. Kareena is going to be a very good mother. She will not be impressed if he is spoilt,” said Saif.
