Kevin Pietersen was one of the most flamboyant cricketers when he used to tear apart the bowling line-ups of the opposition. Though his career was filled with controversy, he was the one player who brought a lot of laurels to England cricket. He recently became the first foreign cricketer to give the MAK Pataudi Lecture during the BCCI awards night. However, before the lecture he was involved in the fun activity and revealed which is the thing that irritates him the most.

Pietersen was on point during his speech on the night as he batted for the existence of Test format which is the tradition of the game. The former England cricketer also praised the emergence of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the way it has helped the cricketers all over the world.

He himself was one of those and always was in favour of the T20 extravaganza when England Cricket Board (ECB) used to be critical about the same. Though he was more worried about Test cricket and believed that the leading cricket board like BCCI should take the charge in order to attract the crowds.

What did Pietersen reveal?

Before the commencement of the awards and the speech, the anchors of the show caught up with the cricketers and engaged them in a fun activity with them. Similarly, Mayanti Langer got hold of Kevin Pietersen who admitted that he was shivering before going on the stage to deliver the lecture. Both were thrilled to meet each other again after the IPL for the first time as Mayanti told him to complete the sentence which was part of the game.

Durine the hilarious and the fun-filled activity Peitersen revealed that he gets irritated when he is stuck in the traffic. Interestingly, he didn’t know much about Whatsapp Status and failed to tell Mayanti about the same. Though he was nervous, the former England cricketer went to deliver the proper lecture and was hailed by many for his quotes as well.
