Kevin Pietersen wants to represent England in the third Ashes test: The charismatic England player Kevin Pietersen on Tuesday expressed his desire to play for England again. Pietersen, who is currently in the Caribbean, took to twitter to express his disbelief on missing out on representing England once again and called it ‘silly’. He also said that the team had some real top order issues to confront with. Pietersen was unceremoniously dumped by the ECB and the team management saying that he was an ‘egoistic individual’ after the disastrous whitewash in the previous ashes down under.

He has played 104 Tests and scored 8181 runs at an average of 47. 28. He is not known to have the confidence of Alistair Cook since he played his last game for England.
