LLC 2023 Points Table

The yesteryear legends are all set to take the field once again as the all-exciting Legends League Cricket (LLC) is back with its second season which is scheduled to kickstart on March 10 in Doha, Qatar. As many as three teams will take part in the event this edition.

Considering that there are only three teams taking part in the event, the traditional group stage format will not be followed unlike many other franchise events. India Maharajas, World Giants, and Asia Lions are the teams that will fight it out for the coveted title.

As the legends are back to lock horns, fans will witness some mouth-watering encounters throughout the course of the event. While the bowlers will look to make it to the LLC Most Wickets list, the batters will be gunning to add runs to their tally to try and be on top of the LLC Most Runs list.

LLC Points Table Rules 

As mentioned previously that the teams are not divided into groups, however, it is essential to understand how exactly does the qualification system work with regards to obtaining points.

This season too, the allocation of the points will remain the same, which basically means that the team winning a match will be awarded two points whereas any team that loses the game is to be awarded no points. In the scenario of an abandoned match or a no result, both teams will be awarded one point each.

The team with the most number of points will advance to the finals of the event. On the other hand, the second and third placed teams will play the ‘Eliminator’ tie to determine the spot for the finals of the event.
