Dwayne Bravo is a fun character both on and off the field. He has been in the news for various reasons in the recent past. His song ‘Champion’ was a big hit among the masses. The West Indies player seems to be on a whole new level in the entertainment industry. He bagged quite a few eyeballs when he showed up as a participant in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhlaja.
This was not the first time Bravo showed his dance moves. The cricket world has already seen him dance to the calypso beats on the field. In a recent interview, he exclaimed his love for the Indian actresses. To pick a couple, he expressed his desire to work with Indian actress Deepika Padukone. He also added that it would be great to star in a Karan Johar movie.
“I am open to the idea of acting in a Karan Johar film opposite Deepika Padukone,” quoted DJ Bravo. The other name that he mentioned was of Jacqueline Fernandez. Speaking on her, he expressed that he met her on the sets of Jhalak Dikhlaja and liked her too. His words on Jacqueline were, “I admire all the Bollywood heroines and happy to be associated with any talent. I met Jacqueline Fernandez on the set (of ‘Jhalak…’) and I quite liked her.”
He compared the entertainment business to cricket. Citing the similarity between the two, he mentioned that a lot of practice is needed to be put in both cricket and reality shows. “Like in cricket, we have to practice our game and be prepared, in acting or dance also, one has to put a lot of effort to look glamorous and perform on screen,” quoted Dwayne Bravo.

The all-rounder also recorded a song for upcoming Bollywood release ‘Tum Bin 2’. Talking about his collaboration on the song, he said that it was his second song with singer Ankit Tiwari. He had earlier performed with Tiwari in the IPL opening ceremony where they came up with a modified version of his ‘Champion’ song.
“It was my second song with Ankit Tiwari. We performed the ‘Champions’ song together at the Indian Premier League opening ceremony and over time, we have become friends. I am meeting so many like-minded people here in the entertainment industry and it feels good to be a part of it,” remarked the West Indies all-rounder.
