India (IND) will take on Pakistan (PAK) in the final of the Asia Cup 2025 on Sunday, September 28, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. India is the only undefeated team in the tournament, while Pakistan has lost two matches against India in the tournament. India has won four out of five games against Pakistan in the Men’s T20 Asia Cup. Overall, India has won 12 out of 15 T20I matches against Pakistan.

In the last game against Sri Lanka, India made 202 runs for the loss of five wickets. Abhishek Sharma made 61 runs off 31 deliveries and was the highest scorer. Tilak Varma remained unbeaten on 49 runs off 34 deliveries, while Sanju Samson made 39 runs off 23 deliveries. Pathum Nissanka and Kusal Perera added 127 runs for the second wicket. Nissanka was dismissed in the last over after scoring 107 runs off just 58 deliveries. Sri Lanka finished with 202 runs for the loss of five wickets, and the match ended in a tie. Sri Lanka scored two runs in the Super Over. Suryakumar Yadav took three runs off the first ball of the Super Over and helped India win the match.

Pakistan faced Bangladesh in their last outing and made 135 runs for the loss of eight wickets. Mohammad Haris made 31 runs off 25 deliveries and was the only batter who scored more than 30 runs for the team. Bangladesh struggled right from the first over and scored 124 runs for the loss of nine wickets. Pakistan won the match by 11 runs. Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf were the pick of the bowlers for Pakistan and took three wickets each. Afridi won the Player of the Match award.
