Bangladesh struggled right from the first over and scored 124 runs for the loss of nine wickets. Pakistan won the match by 11 runs. Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf were the pick of the bowlers for Pakistan and took three wickets each. Afridi won the Player of the Match award.
