The United Arab Emirates will face Oman in the seventh game of the Asia Cup 2025 on Monday, September 15, at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. It will be the second game of the tournament for both teams. Oman and the UAE have played a total of nine T20I matches, and the UAE has won five of them.

The UAE faced India in their last match and were bundled out for 57 runs while batting first. Alishan Sharafu made 22 runs off 17 deliveries, while Muhammad Waseem scored 19 runs off 22 deliveries. No other batter managed to make a double-digit score for the team. India took 4.3 overs to reach the target of 58 runs with nine wickets in hand. Junaid Siddique picked the only wicket for the UAE.

Oman took on Pakistan in their last game, where Pakistan made 160 runs for the loss of seven wickets. Shah Faisal and Aamir Kaleem were the pick of the bowlers for Oman and took three wickets each. In reply, Oman scored 67 runs in 16.4 overs before getting dismissed and lost the match by 93 runs.
