Former India cricketer Wasim Jaffer and Michael Vaughan are always engaged in some light banter for quite a long time. The duo was also involved in a similar kind of conversation after the recently completed India tour of England as Jaffer took another hilarious dig at Vaughan after India went on to win the third and final ODI match to win the series 2-1.

Rishabh Pant was excellent with the bat as he stroked an unbeaten century and formed a crucial partnership with senior all-rounder Hardik Pandya. As a result, India clinched the series decider by five wickets and went on to register a famous series on English soil.

Jaffer took a dig on Vaughan after using the term ‘Bazball’. To note, after Brendon McCullum took over the role as the England Test head coach, a term has been associated with the former New Zealand batter and that is ‘Bazball’, which is used to denote their aggressive playing style.

After India completed a series victory over England, Jaffer posted a photo of himself while captioning the post “Lying on a baaz having a ball. Hope you are well,” and he tagged former England skipper Michael Vaughan.

The India tour of England has finally come to an end, with India having a much better outing as compared to the home team. While England managed to bag the rescheduled Test match and level the Test series, the Men in Blue responded strongly and won the T20I series 2-1.

The visitors continued their good form and won the first ODI match as well, but had to suffer a big defeat during the second ODI, losing the match by 100 runs. India looked in serious trouble while chasing a target of 260 in the final ODI encounter, but Pant and Pandya ensured that the visitors win the ODI series.

While Pant was adjudged player of the match for his excellent knock with the bat, Pandya was named as player of the series for his all-around performance in the three-match series.
