Michael Clarke’s career in pics – A tale of courage and glory: Whenever someone churns out the name of Michael John Clarke we get an outright image of a true champion who won the hearts of millions with his astute character and gritty performances on the field. Carrying on the rich legacy of Australian cricket, Clarke didn’t let any stone unturned in his career. From leading his side to the World Cup win in 2015 to whitewashing the English side in 2013/14, Clarke stood out as a skipper.
He was tactically very shrewd and always had some plans or the other to get back his side to winning ways. As a batter his most glorious year was 2012 in which he scored 1595 runs at 106.33 with 4 double-centuries. Though his career ended on a losing note as Australia lost the Ashes 2015 but that doesn’t take anything away from his glorious career.
