The 2nd ODI of the India versus Australia series is all set to take place at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata on September 21 (Thursday). However, clouds of uncertainty seem to be hovering over the fate of the match with rain-laden, dark clouds looming large in the skies of the city of joy. As a result, the Indian team indulged in indoor activities for practice ahead of the upcoming game, with MS Dhoni flaunting his skills at the sport of shooting at the Police Training School in Kolkata.

India is currently placed comfortably, having taken a 1-0 lead in the ODI series against the visitors. The first ODI at Chennai saw Hardik Pandya bring the heat up a notch, by scoring a blistering knock of 83 runs off just 66 deliveries. He was ably supported by the veteran Dhoni, who knitted a gritty inning worth 79 runs and India eventually won the match by 26 runs.

MSD flaunts his shooting skill

While the rest of the Indian team opted for an indoor football session to warm up ahead of their second encounter against Australia, MS Dhoni went ahead of the conventional curve and tried his hand at shooting at the range of the Police Training School.

In a video posted by Kolkata Police on Facebook, the former Indian captain was seen donning the role of a true marksman, as he shot a target with a pistol from quite some distance. The page also posted several pictures of MSD in an interaction with the trainee cadets in the training school. Dhoni had previously obtained an arms license for weapons of a prohibited bore, back in 2010.

The Men in Blue were seen in a joyful mood on Wednesday as they juggled around with the football. Skipper, Virat Kohli, in particular, showed off his footballer moves as he tried to do a backflip. His teammates, including Rohit Sharma, Manish Pandey, Ravindra Jadeja among others, joined in. The fun-filled practice session exuded positive vibes from the players, once again bringing to the forefront the camaraderie that the Men in Blue share.
