PSL 2023 Points Table
The all-exciting Pakistan Super League (PSL) is all set to begin with its eighth season scheduled on 13 February and the finals are to be played on 19 March 2023. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced that Multan, Peshawar, Lahore, and Karachi will be the host venues for the upcoming event.
The first match will see Multan Sultans locking horns with Lahore Qalandars in repeat of last season's final. Going by the PSL Winner List, interestingly, Lahore is the only franchise with the most titles in the lucrative T20 league.
The month-long competition witnesses as many as 34 matches as all teams will play a double round-robin format. This essentially means that the six teams will play every other team twice in the league stage of the tournament and further progress to the last four stage.
Undoubtedly, the tournament promises new records to be created, a few old records to be broken, bowlers looking to wickets to their tally, batters aiming to hammer maximums and make it to the list of Most Sixes in the league. The glitz, glamour and razzmatazz will surely take the Pakistan fans by storm when their favourite stars take the field.
