Shikhar Dhawan, the Indian left-hander, is spending time in quarantine at a time when the coronavirus pandemic has been wreaking havoc with all its might. Like Dhawan, the entire cricket fraternity has been staying in isolation after the COVID-19 resulted in lockdown across the globe. The 34-year-old is having a gala time with his wife, Ayesha Dhawan, and son Zoravar.

However, life’s not easy for him as it seems. Recently, he posted a hilarious video, showing how a husband has to tolerate the tantrums of his better-half. In the clip, Dhawan can first be seen washing clothes while sitting on a bath-tub. Ayesha was spotted doing her make-up, standing in front of a mirror. Dhawan continuously asked for respite, folding his hands, but Ayesha didn’t budge.

Thereafter, Ayesha was seen, taking to someone on the phone even as Dhawan cleaned the toilet. Ayesha also had a stick in her to make sure that Dhawan doesn’t become complacent. Dhawan uploaded the video with a popular song in the background.

Moreover, he captioned the video and wrote. “Life after one week at home. Reality hits hard #AeshaDhawan @BoatNirvana #boAtheadStayINsane,”

The COVID-19 pandemic has been making things tougher for the world and the situation doesn’t seem to get any better. On Sunday, March 22, the country went through the Janata Curfew, announced by Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The number of cases around the world is closing in on 4,00,000 with the death tolls already at a stunning 17,154.

Countries like China, Italy and Spain have been deeply affected. Even in India, the situation has been becoming grave as over 160 cases were reported on Monday, March 23. The cricket world has also been affected to some extent with plenty of events either getting postponed or getting cancelled. And it’s not yet known when sanity would start prevailing.

In the turbulent phase, the players around the world have been posting videos of how they are training in their homes. Recently, the decision of postponing the Tokyo Olympics has also been taken. In cricket, the start of the IPL has been delayed from March 29 to April 15.
