Former Indian cricketer and now a broadcast commentator Sanjay Manjrekar has had more dry days than the lush ones. He isn’t the most loved commentator and he is often trolled back on Twitter for a lot of things he says on air. With the Indian team enjoying a bit of a break ahead of the next series against Australia Manjrekar too has some time in hand and is utilizing that binge watching movies.
Manjrekar tweeted- “Generally uninterested in TN politics. Names too complicated.” Which definitely didn’t go down with a lot of people on his Twitter timeline who with a range of mediums attacked him.
Generally uninterested in TN politics. Names too complicated.?

Amidst all that a lot has been happening in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. After the demise of former Chief Minister and J Jayalalithaa, there has been a sense of political instability in the state. O Paneerselvam who took over as the caretaker CM resigned midway and then stated he was under pressure from a senior leader of his own party V.K. Sasikala who then clarified her intentions to take over as the CM of the state.
A day later she was acquainted in a corruption case by the Supreme Court of India and was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment which disqualified her from taking office. Now the governor of Tamil Nadu has invited E Palaniswami to form the government. He today passed the vote of trust on the floor of the house and is now the CM of the state.
