When Danielle Wyatt wrote a congratulatory tweet for Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma on their wedding, little did she know that she would end up becoming a trend on the social media. The fans started commenting on her post, due to her previous remarks on the Indian captain. Recently, her English teammate, Sarah Taylor, also trolled Wyatt for her congratulatory tweet.

The history of the story dates back to the year 2014. Team India was in a rampaging form and the then young turk, Virat Kohli, was onsong in the ICC World T20. In the match against South Africa, Kohli’s fifty guided India home and through to the knockouts. It was after this stellar knock that Danielle Wyatt was awestruck.

She posted an update on the social media and proposed Kohli as she wrote, “Kholi Marry me”. She became an instant sensation on the social media. Few months down the line, when India toured England, a picture of Kohli and Wyatt went viral too. Certainly, the awe that Wyatt had for Kohli was there to be seen.

Recently, when the Indian skipper got hitched to Anushka Sharma in a destination wedding in Italy, Danielle Wyatt wrote a congratulatory tweet for them. The social media started trolling her citing that she was heartbroken.

And now, her own teammate, Sarah Taylor joined the list of trollers as she took a dig at Wyatt with her response to Kohli’s wedding tweet. Sarah Taylor wrote, “Should of got there quicker @Danni_Wyatt !!!”

Surprisingly, Wyatt did not have much to say after this. She only laughed off at the comment made by Sarah. Truly hurt, eh? Well, in any case, Wyatt responded saying “never mind” in her tweet. For the fans, they had a good laugh about the entire episode and kept commenting on the tweets that came along.
