As the Men in Blue prepare for the T20I series opener against the Blackcaps in Ranchi, star Indian all-rounder Axar Patel tied the knot with long-time girlfriend Meha Patel in Vadodara January 26. The ace all-rounder who opted out of the ongoing white-ball series against the Kiwis was seen grooving to a popular Bollywood number while incorporating cricketing moves into his performance.

Axar Patel became the second Indian cricketer after KL Rahul to tie the knot this week, and while he refrained from posting any pictures of his marriage ceremony, several clips of his dance moves went viral on social media. Axar, who is known to bewitch batters with his mastery of the ball, had a few tricks up his sleeve while taking the dance floor.

In one of the videos, the southpaw is seen including cricketing actions, initially imitating a batting sequence followed by a catching gesture. Expectedly, the video of the Indian ace dancing has been doing the rounds on social media.

The wedding ceremony was graced by Indian pacer Jaydev Unadkat and his better half, who shared a picture with the lovely couple via their Instagram handle. Axar's senior Delhi and Indian teammate Ishant Sharma was also present at the venue to bless the newly married couple. Axar and Meha got engaged in January last year after several years of dating.

The star all-rounder withdrew from the current white-ball assignment against the Kiwis, owing to his wedding. He will be back with the team for the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy after being named in the squad for the opening two Test matches, commencing next month.
