Cricket Buzz: Social media trends on October 17

Former India cricketers Irfan Pathan and Robin Uthappa extended their wish to Anil Kumble on his 53rd birthday. Former South African cricketer Dale Steyn shared a photo of Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala, saying “Dharamsala. The most beautiful venue for a cricket game to be played.” 

India all-rounder Shardul Thakur expressed his gratitude to everyone who wished him on his birthday (October 16, 2023). Mithali Raj and VVS Laxman expressed their happiness over cricket making its return to the Olympic Games which is to be held in Los Angeles in 2028, after a long hiatus of 128 years.
