Hampshire produced an all-round performance in the Royal London One-Day Cup final against Kent to bag the title with a convincing 61-run win at the Lord’s. Rilee Rossouw’s brilliant innings of 125 was well supported by fellow opener Thomas Alsop (72). Former Kent skipper Sam Northeast blazed an unbeaten 60-ball 75 amidst boos from Kent fans to help Hampshire to post a record total of 330/7.

Kent crossed the 150-run mark in the 28th over for the loss of just two wickets but ended up losing their last eight wickets for just 111 runs. The Kent captain Sam Billings was left stranded at one end scoring a 60-ball 75 but couldn’t push his side’s total to 269/10.
