Stuart Binny and Mayanti Langer were on the receiving end of a substantial amount of trolling when the former was axed from the Indian cricket team for the upcoming series against New Zealand. Binny who accompanied the Indian team to the West Indies did not get a game with his teammates performing much better than expected.

The 31-year old, however, made a comeback into the side for the T20 internationals played in the United States against the West Indies. However, Binny bowled just the one over where he went on to concede a massive 32 runs, something that saw him and his wife get trolled quite horribly by the Twitterati.

Ever since Binny’s marriage to TV presenter Mayanti Langer, the Twitterati and the paparazzi have not allowed the couple a moment’s peace with the constant media attention. However, the fact of the matter remained when they are able to carry out their respective professions in a manner befitting the true spirit of their disciplines.

Virat Kohli will captain the Indian team for the first time against New Zealand. The 27-year old who seems to be somewhat the perfect choice to be the skipper has a tremendous record already as skipper winning series after series against the likes of the West Indies, South Africa, and Sri Lanka thus far.

Kohli will lead his men against New Zealand in the first Test scheduled to begin at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. This will also be a good opportunity for Kane Williamson to right the wrongs from the encounter against South Africa, a series where they have blown away 1-0.
