T20 World Cup 2021, Match 22: Australia vs Sri Lanka, Stats Preview: Player records and approaching milestones

Australia and Sri Lanka would like to continue their winning run as they take on each other in the upcoming fixture of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021. The encounter takes place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Thursday (October 28). Both teams are coming off victories and won’t mind crossing the line again. Australia, however, will take the field as favourites.

The Aaron Finch-led side met South Africa in their opening clash and walked away with a five-wicket win. However, the game went down to the wire and many loopholes in the Aussie side were exposed. Chasing a modest 118, Australia’s top-order couldn’t contribute much. Aaron Finch and David Warner’s form has been a major concern.
