T20 Blast 2023 Points Table

The 21st edition of the T20 Blast kickstarted on May 20 with the first match played between Derbyshire Falcons and Lancashire Lightning. As many as 18 teams are part of the top-tier league and are spilt into two groups with nine English counties each in the North and South Divisions.

The North Division consists of Birmingham Bears, Derbyshire Falcons, Durham, Lancashire Lightning, Leicestershire Foxes, Northamptonshire Steelbacks, Notts Outlaws, Worcestershire Rapids, and Yorkshire Vikings. On the other hand, South Division has Essex Eagles, Glamorgan, Gloucestershire, Hampshire Hawks, Kent Spitfires, Middlesex, Somerset, Surrey, and Sussex Sharks.

Each team in the group phase will play 14 group games- seven at home and seven away, between May 20 to July 2. This will be followed by quarter-final stage commencing on July 6, whereas the semi-final and final will be played on the same day, which is on July 15 at the Edgbaston in Birmingham. Hampshire Hawks are the defending champions and have the joint-most titles in the history of the T20 Blast, along with North Division’s Leicestershire Foxes.
