The former Indian captain passed away at the age of 77 on 15th August 2018 which was the 71st Independence Day of India.
Leaving an everlasting legacy behind, the immortal leader incidentally took his final breath on the Independence day.
Lamb also particularly praised the Indian bowling attack.
The Indians have been quite successful on England tours in the past.
"Our team did not have enough time to get acclimatized to those conditions (in South Africa) and that may be the reason (for the loss)," Ajit Wadekar quoted.
