Tainted cricketer S Sreesanth got himself tangled into a spot-fixing scandal back in the 2013 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) after which he hasn’t played a single competitive match. He is 35 years old and chances of him making a comeback seem bleak, to say the least. In the meantime, he is plying his trade in Bigg Boss Season 12, hosted by Bollywood star Salman Khan.

He was the final contestant to make an entry. Previously, he mentioned that he wanted to take part in the TV short back in 2011, aired on Colors. However, he has found himself in a controversial scenario pretty early in the show. In today’s episode to be aired tonight, Sreesanth floundered to do a task with precision after which Bigg Boss cancelled the same.

Sreesanth will threaten to leave the show

He was requested by everyone as well as the Bigg Boss to do the task, but Sreesanth stood his ground and the same didn’t go down well with the moderators as well. Meanwhile, the fast bowler isn’t pleased with the taunts hurled at him thereafter and in a recent development, it has been learned that he also has threatened to leave the house.

“When it was Sreesanth’s turn in the task, he sat down on the panel with Sourabh Mehta and Shivashish Mishra. Seeming quite disinterested, he refused to carry on the debate. Even after being prodded by the housemates and warned by Bigg Boss, he refused to utter a word. Bigg Boss then called off the task.

The moderators Shilpa Shinde and Karan Patel also looked furious at Sreesanth’s unsporting attitude,” a source from the show was quoted as saying in Indian Express.

“Feeling irritated by the contestants’ taunts, Sreesanth will threaten to leave the show. He will say that he cannot judge people in a couple of days. And if such tasks are going to be a part of the game, he wouldn’t like to play it. He will also show his displeasure at being blamed by the housemates,” the source added.
