The match starts at 11:00 AM local time (10:00 PM GMT – Prev Day) (3:30 AM IST).

Both Central Districts and Northern Districts have had modest of starts to the season having won only one of the four matches they played in the tournament. The Central Districts, who have faced injury concerns, lost two of their first three matches. Another game ended without a result where they posted a big total. The Northern Districts suffered three defeats including a 1-run loss to Canterbury in the previous match. They are now boosted by the inclusion of Anton Devcich but Daryl Mitchell joined the New Zealand Test squad. The Lincoln No 3 ground will host the game between the two sides on Friday.
