The Left arm Pakistani pacer is the only player in the history of IPL to take a six wicket haul, the record still holds in the eight seasons. The Indian Off-spinner is probably the go-to guy for MS Dhoni be it for the International matches or IPL. Ashwin has been a consistent performer for the Super Kings with the ball, every time Dhoni turned towards him looking for wickets the Off-spinner has provided a break through. Many call him the Mystery Spinner as no one till now has figured out a way to read his deliveries. The master of the carom ball added venom to the KKR bowling unit. Narine&#8217;s inclusion in the side added stability, the Mystery man finished IPL 2012 as the player of the tournament with 24 wickets at a miserly rate of 5.47 runs per over. KKR ended up winning their first ever IPL tournament in 2012.

Narine continued his magic for KKR in the second season on the trot, he was literally unplayable on occasions, batsmen failed to read his lengths and the direction that the ball would turn to. He not only led the KKR bowling attack but overall was the best bowler in IPL 2013. Sunil Narine’s economy at the end of 16 matches read 5.46 which is quite remarkable in any sense.

This young Indian all-rounder turned the game around for the Kings XI Punjab in the Seventh season of IPL in 2014. Patel&#8217;s slow left arm orthodox deliveries asked a lot of questions to the opposition batsmen, the young Indian spinner turned out to be the most economic bowler in IPL 2014 helping KXIP to reach the Finals. Patel&#8217;s brilliant on field performance earned him a spot in the Indian ODI team later that year.
