Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni getting together to save Team India in the limited-overs cricket was a regular scene witnessed by the fans till 6-7 years ago. But the veteran pair repeated it at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack taking over responsibilities of building the innings at 25/3 and guided India to a mammoth score of 381/6 with an exemplary batting show as the pair put on one of the historic record stands with both of them scoring centuries. 150 – Yuvraj Singh’s 150 is his highest score in ODIs and also the highest by an Indian against England in ODI cricket, breaking his own record of 138* at Rajkot in 2008. The previous highest ODI score for Yuvraj was his 139 vs Australia at Sydney in 2004.

Dhoni has hit 8 sixes for Asia XI out of his 203. His 196 sixes for India is the most by any player beating Sachin Tendulkar’s tally of 195.
