Top 10 Teams with Most Runs in Test Cricket: When it comes to Test Cricket every Cricketing Nation want a Test Status. The longest format of the game is considered the most complete examination of a team’s playing ability and endurance. The name ‘Test’ can actually give you the idea of its origin as a Test match is considered to be a challenge between two participating sides. Since its very inception on 15 March 1877 Tests have been an integral part of cricket and every other form of the game is derived from this format. Currently ranked ninth, Bangladesh has played 93 Test matches, winning 7, losing 71 and drawing 15. 9. Zimbabwe- 41312 runs: Zimbabwe. The first phase of test cricket very clearly belonged to the Caribbean team as their bowlers wreck havoc on the batsmen around the world and clearly dominated the proceedings for years. Currently ranked eight, West Indies has played 510 Test matches winning 164, losing 175, drawing 170 and tying 1. 2.
